9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided written notice is given. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for any work completed up until that point. No refunds will be given for work already completed or for the deposit paid at the start of the project.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will apply to all future projects or ongoing services.
